As Aravaan story demands director rolled in Art director Vijay Murugan for builting a new set witch to be replica to 18th century.Hence Vijay Murugan erected village native 100 huts made of bamboo sticks and stones and also Karuppan Temple which to be highlight for this movie. In this specially erected sets witch to be of pandian era to have the main cast to act along with 500 hundred junoir artists.
