Simbu upcoming movie Vada Chennai in the direction of Vetrimaaran is busy in finalising the lead actress in the film.Vetrimaaran first herione in Divya Spandana of Polladhavan is under consideration and the makers of the film are in talks with the actress.Divya Spandana says “I’m interested to work with Vetri, he is one of the hardworking directors. I had discussions about Vada Chennai and hope would be a part of Vetrimaaran’s directorial venture." Divya Spandana earlier romanced Simbu in Kuththu and this would be second time.
Apart from Simbu,Andrea and Tollywood actor Rana Daggubati are playing key roles in the film.G.V.Prakash is scoring tunes for the film while cinematography is by Velraj and is editing by kishore.
