Prithviraj,Genelia in the main lead roles multi starrer film Urimi tamil dubbed version had its premier show at the Four Frames Theatre in Chennai. Santosh Sivan had directed the original version in Malayalam.Jayam Ravi, Bharath, Prasanna, Sibiraj, Yuva, Ashwin Sekhar, singer Swetha Mohan, Malgudi Subha,UTV Dhananjayan and others were present at the special premier show of Urimi.
Apart from lead roles Prabhu Deva,Nithya Menon, Jagathy, Tabu, Vidya Balan and Alex ONell also playing the key lead roles in Urimi movie.Santhosh Sivan now only directing the film but also took care of cinematography of the film.Urimi Malayalam version was released on March 31st and recorded as hit film at box office.Deepak Dev rendered tunes for the tamil version of Urimi.
Prithviraj, Santosh Sivan and Shaji Natesan are jointly producing Urimi movie under August Cinema banner.
