Engeyum Eppothum fame actres Anjali is much exited as she grabbed an offer to play opposite to Chiyaan Vikram in Karikalan.Kannan directing Karikalan movie shooting to begin from Dec 10th in Hyderabad.Anjali is said to join the sets in Hyd and she says that it’s an honour and dream come true project to work alongside Vikram.Anjali plays the role of a fiery revolutionary woman in Karikalan.Vikram's dons the role of a king in Chola dynasty.Zarine Khan, Mithra Kurian, Radhika Apte and Pasupathy will be seen in other key roles in the movie.
GV Prakash is roped in as music director of the film.Director Kannan is said to shape up Karikalan as a visual feast and major part of the film shooting will take place in Talakona forest regions in AP.
