Simbu's Osthi in troubles from TFEA

Simbu's Osthi movie which was scheduled to hit the big screens on December 8th but the movie has landed in troubles as Tamil Nadu Film Exhibitors Association (TFEA) has kept a red card on the movie.

The issue was that Sun Pictures that is facing the troubles from TFEA for the unpaid dues to theatrical owners has recently purchased the satellite rights of Osthi. The TFEA has decided to boycott Sun Network a month ago and has put a condition that the films Sun TV purchase the satellite rights will get banned if the money is not returned and now Reliance Entertainment sold Osthi rights to Sun TV.Reliance was forced to leave the rights of Osthi to Sun Network.

Sun TV is yet to decide on this and to retain the Osthi satellite right they have to pay the unpaid dues to TEFA before December 2.
