S A Media and People-Media have joined hands to produce a bilingual movie in Tamil and Telugu to be shot entirely in USA. Hence, the production house plans to cast all NRI actors in the movie.
While S A Media is a new production house, People-Media is actively involved in successfully conducting major events for Telugu people in USA.
“This is a wonderful opportunity to the aspiring Indian actors from America. Usually, we have Indian actors in films shot abroad but the makers of the film have come with a unique idea to cast Indians settled in America. As the big films are in the process of releasing the biggest immediate concern and challenge the film industry encounter is the 'Review' part by reviewers existing in the social media.There are difference of opinions on this issue between the two sections , one section advocating the liberty of expressions and the other one opposing the views by the social media as a breach into the business interests of the producers.
Produced by All in pictures and directed by Laxman Kumar, cameraman of many successful films including 'Vennila kabadi kuzhu' and 'Santhosh Subramaniam'. 'Masala padam ' is a film focused on this topic and is widely expected to infuse great interest as this is the most discussed topic as of now. Starring Bobby Simha and 'Mirchi' Siva in the lead 'Masala padam ' is expected to cater to all section of the audience. ' For the last three years or so we have been witnessing a wave of criticism both constructive and destructive. There is no line drawn here as code of conduct and the fall out of this development is the fulcrum of the script. As a cameraman i had done plenty of films and when i decided to mark my presence as a Director i decided to venture into an area which was never discussed earlier. My Friend and Producer Vijay Raghavendhra of All in pictures offered me the space and provision to touch this script which i am sure will connect to any body and every body.Bobby Simha and Mirchi Siva have given their best to date in this film i would say.Lakshmi had played the female lead. The music is by Karthik Aacharya. Films with such content needs wide spread coverage in terms of release and we are glad 'Auraa Cinemas' Mahesh had come forward to release this film world wide on 2nd of October. The post production work is on and we will initiate the promotional campaign very soon ' concluded Laxman Kumar .

GK Cinemaas production ‘Patra’ directed by debutant Jayanthan is all gearing up for release. The film features debut actors Mithun , Vaidegi, and Sam Paul in the lead. The film revolves around the adolescent youth who were directe by the non integral social elements. Debut actress Vaidegi is sharing her shooting experiences.
“ I play a college girl in this film. I am passionate about dancing. I am getting trained in ‘Bharatham’ and ‘Kerala Aattam’ and participated in many competitions. My Co- actor Mithun have did a splendid job with acting and dance. My Exams were on when I was to shooting for the Song ‘ Mun Kamam’. It was difficult for me to cope with both. Yet, I managed to get pass in the exam”, she smiled the Chalakudi girl.
Shooting for ‘Patra’ will be a memorable one for me.
My father has aversion towards sea.He saw to that i don't venture out to the Beach front at all,Until we shot a song for 'Patra' in Pondychery. I had never seen a beach in my lifetime. Most probably I could be the only Keralite who would have not seen a beach in Kerala. Then i realized the best part of being an actress. I can go any where in the world if only i become a successful actress. This desire is enough to fuel my ambitions” Says excitingly says Vaidegi.
